The 3rd “Hong Kong Capital Markets Forum: Capturing the Next Growth Momentum”, jointly organized by Hong Kong Association of Registered Public Interest Entity Auditors Limited (PIEAA), The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies (CHKLC), The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD), and the Association of Hong Kong Capital Market Practitioners Limited (HKCMP) on 28 January 2026, as a Guest-of-Honor for the launch ceremony for the forum. The forum aims to explore the next phase of growth pathways for Hong Kong's capital markets, with a focus on the evolving role of the city as a "super-connector." This evolution is driven by institutional innovation and industrial transformation, moving beyond traditional flows of trade and capital toward a new paradigm of integrated "capital + creativity + innovation." The forum aims to discuss how to transform emerging opportunities into sustainable new engines of growth, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and global influence of Hong Kong's capital markets.

The forum will bring together professionals from the capital markets, government institutions, the academia, and the financial industry to discuss the prospects, challenges, and opportunities for the global and Chinese economies in 2026. The forum will focus on topics such as enhancing the competitiveness and attractiveness of the capital markets. The event is also held in line with the Asian Financial Forum (AFF) and in support of the International Financial Week (IFW) to contribute to the consolidation of Hong Kong’s position as an international financial center.
